Chief Marketing Officer (Commercial Banking) –  Manager

Job Objective: Responsible for building a high performance marketing team to drive the strategic sales process in the commercial segment.

Responsibilities:

• Manages, coaches and counsels the Branch Managers to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities to maximize performance potential to support the company’s sales processes and credit culture.
• Proactively leads branches to achieve  business development goals and participates in joint calls with branch managers or other marketing staff
• Provides guidance to branch staff on finding ways to satisfy the client and win the business.
• Responsible for the region’s branches meeting/exceeding established production goals for deposits, loans, fee income, and other goals that are assigned.
• Maintains open and effective communication regarding the interpretation of policies and procedures and the resolution of a wide variety of both internal and external challenges
