Responsibilities

• Manage the Company to run profitably and provide right leadership for the learn through coaching, motivating and developing staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share achieve progressive growth in revenue and profits.
• Establish relationships with key and relevant stakeholders to enhance operations of the company.
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to in operations.
• Ensure effective utilization cit company resources for optimal performance.
• Submit periodic repor1$ on the company’s performance to the Board
• Ensure management of the Company’s finances with due diligence and prudence.

Qualifications and Skills

• A second degree in a business related field
• Minimum of 10 – 12 years relevant work experience in the financial and multinational industry (5 of Which must have been in a Senior Managerial Position).
• Membership of a relevant professional body would be an added advantage.
• Experience of working within a highly pressurized business environment.
• Knowledge of Financial laws of the Country.
• Above average knowledge of finance.
• Computer literate with working knowledge or, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and other related computer applications.

• Very knowledgeable in loan appraisals and ability to prepare financial budgets.
