A highly innovative and resourceful company is in need of an experienced Facility Manager to fill the following position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources.
  • Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources.
  • Collect, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including resumes.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Maintain human resources calendar.
  • Maintain administrative forms and manuals.
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Management/HRM
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field,
  • preferably in the Real Estate industry
  • Knowledge of Nigerian  employment laws and practices
  • Strong communication skills in  English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, dependable and able to work independently
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
