A consulting firm needs a qualified and competent candidate to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
- To understand and be aware of beverage costs; stock levels; prices and availability within your department and communicate this in a timely manner to colleagues
- To ensure all guests, colleagues and physical product are treated with respect at all times
- To ensure any guest request, outside your area of expertise, is raised immediately to the appropriate level
- To work within all company policies with specific reference to the Health and Safety at Work Act the Food Hygiene Regulations and Weights and Measures legislation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE certification
- Ability to interface with all types of guests
- Previous cocktail making experience
- Business-based attitude
