Vacant Position:  Chief Security Officer
Requirements 

• At least Ten (10) years experience (preferably estate security) with relevant licenses and certificate of training in security strategy and planning will be added advantage, not less than 35 years old,

Vacant Position:  Property Manager
Requirements

• At least (5) years experience in residential property management

Vacant Position:  Air Conditioner Technicians
Requirements

• Must have knowledge in split units and industrial air conditioners, over five (5) years experience

Vacant Position:  Electrical Technicians
Requirements

• At least five (5) years experience with relevant technical certification

Vacant Position:  Generator Technicians
Requirements

• At least ten (10) years experience with knowledge in maintenance, servicing and minor repairs on Caterpillar and CUMMINS engine

Vacant Position:  Lift Technicians
Requirements

• Candidates must have at least five (5) years cognate experience with lift companies E.g OTIS, KONE, SIGMA lifts etc

Vacant Position:  Security Supervisors and Officers
Requirements

• At least five years (5) in experience in residential security
