Temporary Admin Assistant - CSFP And SIEM at British Council in Lagos

The British Council is currently in need of a temporary staff to carry out some administrative tasks for the CSFP and SIEM team from January 2nd 2014 to March 12th 2014.
 
Purpose of job
To carry out alumni tracing and project support for the Abuja schools tour and data input for the November and February exhibitions.
 
Context and environment:
Nigeria is the British Council’s largest operation in SSA with offices in 4 cities from Port Harcourt in the south to Kano in the north.
 
It delivers activity in all our Strategic Business Units, (Arts, English, Education and Society), and operates with both internal and external resources.
 
This post will play a support role in our English team
 
Main Duties and responsibilities
  • Carry out web searches for CSFP alumni
  • Contact schools selected to participate in the Abuja schools tour and support in delivery.
  • Input records from up to 1000 questionnaires into Excel spread sheet template.
