Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description:
- To support and facilitatie the recruitment, development and retention of qualified and motivated staff while promoting gebder equality and staff diversity.
- To institutionalize and implement Performance Management system.
- To ensuring the relevance and timeliness of the company personnel policies and procedures while establishing and maintaining of a conducive working environment.
- To develop and implement the company training plans and provide timely training to the targeted trainees; ensuring staff career and professional development opportunities.
- To ensure staff welfare (salary, boneses, allowance and insurance coverage) and facilitate salary scale/benefit package review to make it well competitive with other MFB's.
Requirement:
- A good degree in Business Administration or social science, a Masters degree in Human Resources Managemnt will be an advantage.
- At least 5 years work experience in Mangement positions with big deal on HR management/developemnt.
- Affliate member of CIPM or CIPD
- Excellent human relations and people management skills
- High level proficiency in written and spoken english.
