A consulting company require the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position

Responsibilities:
  • Cook various foods for the banquet area
  • Cook for catered events
  • Supervise and participate in the work of preparing a large volume of meats, vegetables, and other foods
  • Consult with supervisor to determine best methods of preparation for individual food items
  • Assist in planning menus and in devising means of using left-over foods
  • Prepare special menus
  • Supervise the cleaning for kitchen, storeroom, and refrigerators
  • Perform related  work as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of SSCE certification
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Must be very neat and hardworking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to cook both  african and continental dishes
