Job Title: District Manager
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in his/her District to execute company’s strategy particularly in expanding the market share and exceeding the assigned target for the territory.
- Coordinate the execution of the Company’s promotional plan at the District level in order to establish our titles as Market leaders.
- Administer (disseminate and ensure compliance) of all the relevant policies & procedures guiding staff performance, sales operations, credit control etc.
- Build strong relationship with relevant officials of the Ministry of Education, Local Education Authority Agencies. subject associations and professional groups in the Education sector, Boards etc to secure support for our operations.
- Provide timely feedback to Management on staff performance, sales operations, new opportunities, challenges within the District etc
- Constantly develop and execute sustainable sales initiatives that reduce inventory.
- Carry out any ocher duty that may be assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Candidates must be self-motivated individuals who are goal.driven.
- Good communication and interpersonal relations skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree/HND Marketing, Business Admin or other relevant disciplines possession of MBA is added advantage
- Must be computer literate
- Must have ability to take good initiative
- Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience
