Job Description

Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of factory operations and ensure that set production targets are met.
- Supervise production supervisors and ensure safe and appropriate conduct.
- Monitor production efficiency and material utilization white ensuring that optimum output and product quality are achieved and product availability meet market demand.
- Develop production weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Collaborate with technicians on preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that all machine breakdowns are promptly resolved.
- Laise with Quality Control to ensure that all products and materials meal the required quality specifications.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc/B.Tech/HND Food tech/Engineering or related discipline.
- 6 – 8 years’ experience working as a Supervisor/Production Engineer in a coverage manufacturing factory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy required.
