An ICT firm requires the services of qualified persons to fill this position
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the IT System of the company as well as proffer innovative solutions to everyday activities
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
- Replacing parts as required;
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the same position.
- Mba is an added advantage
