Responsibilities
- The hospital administrator will lead and manage all health services, serving as a medical consultant, approving medical protocols and emergency procedures; evaluating the health services program for the hospital.
- The hospital administrator will line manage all medical staff within the hospital ensuring that their professional development needs are met.
- The hospital administrator of the Hospital will be charged with the responsibility of executing policies and matters affecting the day-to-day management of the Hospital.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Have considerable experience in administration of health matters and Show evidence of high-level managerial capacity in the administration of the hospital.
- Be a Medical Doctor who is registered with the Medical and Dental council of Nigerian (MDCN) for at least 5 years.
- Hold a post graduate medical qualification, registerable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) for the purpose of practicing as a Consultant, from a recognized body obtained not less than five years prior to the date of this advertisement.
- Have the ability to provide strategic leadership and direction for the Hospital, harness available resources for the achievement of the Hospitals goals and drive the staff for the achievement of corporate goals
