Position Summary
Futures Group is looking for motivated, creative and Tester to join our growing software development team. If you want to work in an environment where your individual contribution is recognized then Futures Group is the place for you. We are looking for outstanding individuals who can work independently to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and executing test plans for software development.
Writing and executing test cases
Manual software testing
Developing automated test routines (Visual Studio Test Professional / Telerik Test Studio)
Creating dummy data for testing and testing new databases
SQL Query and stored procedure verification and testing
Writing technical and help documentation
Organizing and managing the document repository
Reports to the Senior Technical Manager
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years Software Quality Testing experience
Experience writing test plans and Test Cases
Experience manually testing software
Experience setting up automated tests (code/gui)
Experience using a defect tracking tool or database
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft .Net and Visual Studio advantageous.
Must be able to work and travel within Nigeria
