A school is in need of a qualified applicant to fill the following vacancy:
Responsibilities:
- The teacher uses the curriculum, and current research based instructional practices to develop interdisciplinary units of instruction that meet both the group and individual needs of students.
- The teacher is responsible for maintaining an on-going dialogue with specialty teachers and coordinating curriculum integration and implementation with these teachers.
- The teacher works with students of various abilities assigned to the classroom, including those with learning differences as diagnosed.
- The teacher may be required to participate in meetings, training, and planning cooperatives to fully meet each child’s needs.
- The teacher uses various assessment tools/strategies such as observations, children’s work samples, continuum of development, portfolios, etc. to help make instructional decisions for individual students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE in a relevant field.
- Cognate experience in a relevant field.
- Must be hardworking, diligent and trustworthy.
- Must have a good command of English

Job Details
KEY ROLES / OBJECTIVE (S):
- Install and maintain complex medical equipment
- Troubleshoot faults on medical equipment
- Consult with various stakeholders including engineers, customers, management etc on Installation and maintenance of Medical equipment projects and services.
- Prepare and present engineering solutions for prospective and current clients
- Operate IT based service application software for diagnoses and troubleshooting
- Oversee, Inspect and assess completed installations, to ensure adherence to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Prepare documentation for pre and post installation and maintenance activities
- Drive health and safety compliance
- Keep abreast of developments within the profession and the medical Industry any other jobs as may be assigned by the HOD
Requirements of the Role
- At least 2 years post qualification/(NYSC) experience in medical equipment servicing and installation.
- B. Sc Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
- Biomedical Engineering or other relevant degree
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to use hand service tools, measuring equipment etc
- Project management experience
- Good Computer Skills – hardware and software (MS office)
- General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment and mechanical faults
