Our client, one of the oldest and largest manufacturers of plastics, beverages and related products with presence in 3 locations in the country seeks qualified, experienced and motivated individuals for immediate recruitment for the following positions:

Job Summary: 
  • The key responsibility of the HR Assistant Manager is to execute the Administration and Human Resource responsibilities in the Plant, including overseeing the factory, ensuring discipline and productivity of staff; assisting in the recruitment, generation and implementation of effective Human Resource policies, etc. 

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the Human resource management policies in the company.
  • Assisting in recruitment and selection.
  • Maintaining discipline in the workplace.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A degree in relevant subjects-Law, Social Sciences, Business Administration, etc.
  • He/She must possess minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources in similar or related industries. 
  • Excellent communications skill, integrity and strong leadership skills required.
  • High organizational, Interpersonal, social skills are essential requirements for this position.
  • Good ICT knowledge and application are required for success in an IT enabled work environment.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management is essential.
  • Ability to communicate in the local language (Igbo, Yoruba & Hausa) and familiarity of the terrain will be added advantages.
  • Experience in collective bargaining and industrial relations will be an edge.
